The pudendal canal (also known as Alcock's canal) is located in the perineum on the medial surface of obturator internus and lateral wall of the ischioanal fossa. Its opening is located near to the lesser sciatic foramen and so most structures that pass through here also run through the canal:
N.B. There is no INTERNAL pudendal nerve
